Phototherapy (photobiomodulation) has formed part of the training and treatment toolkit for animal physiotherapists for many years.

Red and infrared light help optimise conditions for recovery from injury, ease discomfort from chronic conditions such as arthritis and relax tired muscles after ridden work. Blue light can assist with wound healing and support skin repair.

At TCAP we use the Optimus ‘Lumina’ veterinary phototherapy device as part of training and you'll often see it on display at machine days.

Optimus are currently offering 20% off online purchases, so it's a great time for TCAP students and alumni to update their kit!

Please note the offer is only valid until December 16th and the team will do their best to get orders in the post to you for Christmas delivery.
